A Little About Me 

Hi, I’m Michelle, and my passion for family nutrition was born the day I became a mom.

 

When my babies arrived, I dove deep into the world of healthy foods and nutrition, determined to find the best ways to nourish their growing bodies. I experimented with cooking and baking, constantly tweaking recipes to make them healthier and packed with nutrients.

My background in teaching gave me a front-row seat to the kinds of lunches kids bring to school. I saw firsthand the sugar overload and processed foods many young students consumed every day, and it fuelled my desire to make a difference. I wanted to empower parents with the knowledge and tools to offer better options.

​

That passion led me to become a health coach and nutritionist. I started by helping women improve their own eating habits, but I soon realized that most of my clients were busy moms who wanted solutions not just for themselves, but for their families too. This shifted my focus to family nutrition as a whole.

Now, I help parents tackle the world of healthy eating in a way that’s simple and even enjoyable. Together, we create balanced meals that work for hectic schedules, ensuring the whole family thrives.

 

My mission is to help children grow up with healthy habits that will last a lifetime, and to make mealtimes a moment of connection and nourishment for the entire family.
